Frequently asked questions

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery to the US usually takes about 2–3 weeks after that. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Advent calendars: order by November 14 so they arrive before December 1.
Christmas decor & gifts: order by December 5 for Christmas delivery.
2027 calendars: order by December 12 to have them before January 1.

Dates are our best estimate — carrier delays can happen in peak season.

Shipping is free on US orders of $49 or more. For smaller orders the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Can't find it? Check your spam folder or email us with your order number and we'll send it again.

Email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to update or cancel it.

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused and in their original packaging. Email us first and we'll guide you through the steps.

We're sorry! Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item, and we'll send a replacement or a refund.

Once your return is approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to show it.
