Shipping Policy
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During peak holiday weeks processing can take a little longer.
Delivery time
After your order ships, delivery to the United States usually takes about 2–3 weeks. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather and holiday volume.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on US orders of $49 or more. For orders under $49, the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Holiday order-by dates
- Advent calendars: order by November 14 to have them before December 1.
- Christmas decor & gifts: order by December 5 for Christmas delivery.
- 2027 wall & desk calendars: order by December 12 to have them before January 1.
- Valentine's Day: order by January 25 for delivery before February 14.
These dates are our best estimate, not a guarantee.
Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 2–5 days to show the first update.
Address changes
Need to change your shipping address? Email us within 4 hours of placing your order. After that your order may already be in process.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll send a replacement or a refund. If tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, contact us and we'll help you with the carrier.
